front view face
1.draw the outline of the face like showed in the pic above
2.draw the eyes(follow the example)... remember eyes are usally to pixels above outline of face..... look up other heads to use as a reference of how to draw the eyes
3. make a skin template that goes from the darkest color to the lightest color(you need about 4-5 different colors for skin. then shade like showed in the pic or use a other head as refrence
4. draw the mouth.. mouths are kind of diffcult to draw so if nervous just draw a simple smiley face...and use other heads for reference

front view hair
1. draw the outline of the hair , the top part is usally 11-12 pixels above the face
2. draw the resrt of the outline(use other peoples head to make sure things are correct
3. add a hair template
4. when shading think of a light hitting th middle of the head... so the lightest part would be in the middle area and the darkest is outter area.
5. for the other front veiws just copy and paste this to save time

the back view is pretty simple.. you are basically just drawing the hair from the back(use other heads for reference)
